As someone who’s been single probably 96% of their life, it does get somewhat lonely— on occasion. Overall, being single is actually pretty great when stacked next to all of the shitty serious relationships and marriages I’ve encountered of friends and family throughout the years and their lack of realization that, yes, they’re all allowed to have standards... Nothing to be jealous of there… hell, most people in long term relationships know better than to make fun of single people because their choosing to do so just reveals their own personal insecurity and longing for the days when they could do whatever the fuck they wanted without a 2nd opinion… hey, maybe Fallon’s just repressed and bitter that he can’t go back and fuck Charlize Theron when he had the chance and she was into him or something basic like that.
